Kirsten was born and raised in Wingham, Ontario. After receiving her Associate Diploma in Veterinary Technology at the University of Guelph’s Ridgetown Campus, she began working full time as a Vet Tech and eventually came to work with us at the Mildmay Veterinary Clinic.

Kirsten resides on a dairy farm outside of Gowanstown with her boyfriend Dallas. They live with their 5 pets (Pizza, Tapanga, Gordie, Rollo, and Amy Woofhouse), “The Ladies” (Holstein Cows), and a few sheep.  Kirsten loves pets of all shapes and sizes, especially the unconventional ones like reptiles. Kirsten loves working in the lab at work and is always looking to educate herself on new procedures, cytology, animal behaviour and training.
